Getting Started

Stratacle is a practice management platform built for accountants. Here’s how to get up and running in minutes.

Create your account

Sign up for free at accounting.stratacle.com/signup. No credit card required. You’ll get access to 3 clients, 25 AI drafts per month, and core features.

Add your clients

Navigate to the Clients page and add your first client with their name, email, and contact details. You can also import clients later.

Start working

Draft AI-powered emails, request documents from clients, set deadlines, and track everything from your dashboard. All actions are logged to your audit trail.

Connect Claude Desktop (optional)

Generate an MCP API key in Settings and connect to Claude Desktop for natural language control of your practice. See the MCP Setup Guide for details.
